What Tapsela is

Tapsela is a booking platform that allows independent Specialists to publish availability and accept appointments online. Tapsela does not provide the services you book — the service is provided directly by the Specialist.

The booking relationship

When you book an appointment via book.tapsela.com, the service contract is concluded between you and the Specialist. Tapsela facilitates the booking but is not a party to that contract.

Specialist's responsibility

The Specialist is solely responsible for:

• the quality and delivery of their service
• prices and payment terms
• cancellation and refund rules
• holding the required professional licences or certifications
• compliance with applicable tax and business regulations

Acceptable use

By using book.tapsela.com you agree not to:

• submit fake, spam, or fictitious bookings
• use automated tools to scrape or attack the platform
• harass or abuse Specialists or other users
• attempt to circumvent security mechanisms
• provide false identity information

Tapsela's limitations

Tapsela does not guarantee the availability of Specialists, the quality of services, the accuracy of pricing, or that any booking will result in a delivered appointment. For service issues — contact the Specialist. For booking page issues, privacy concerns, or suspicious profiles — contact abuse@tapsela.com.

Persons under 16

The service is not intended for persons under 16. Bookings for a person under 16 should be made by a parent or legal guardian on their own behalf.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code (Act of 23 April 1964) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction in accordance with Art. 31 et seq. of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.

Consumers retain the right to use out-of-court complaint procedures, including the European Commission's ODR platform.

Early access

Some features of book.tapsela.com are in early access and may change, be added, or be removed. This applies to feature availability only — it does not affect Tapsela's legal obligations to Clients arising under these Terms and applicable law.
